| 2-3 | tablespoons | shredded cheddar cheese | |

| 2 | tablespoons | diced fully cooked ham | |
|  | |||
| 1 | tablespoon | diced green pepper | |
|  | |||
| salt to taste | |||
|  | |||
| pepper to taste | |||

In a microwave-safe mug coated with nonstick cooking spray, combine all ingredients.  
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute;  stir.  
Cook 30 seconds more or until eggs are completely set. 
Place a paper towel or small paper plate over mug to prevent splatters in the microwave.
